RITUAL33 offers several payment methods depending on order eligibility and the options available during checkout.

1. Online card payments
   Online card payments are securely processed through Stripe, an international payment services provider.
   Depending on device, browser and Stripe configuration, checkout may support:

• debit or credit card;
• Apple Pay;
• Link;
• other payment methods supported by Stripe.

1. Card data
   RITUAL33 / Assays Medical SRL does not store complete bank card details.
   Payment information is entered and processed through Stripe's secure infrastructure.
   RITUAL33 does not store:

• full card numbers;
• CVC/CVV security codes;
• complete card authentication credentials.
  Stripe may retain and process certain payment information in accordance with its own security, privacy and legal obligations.
  RITUAL33 receives only the information necessary to manage the order, such as payment status and transaction references.

1. Cash on delivery
   For certain eligible orders delivered within Romania, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available.
   In this case:

• no online Stripe payment is required;
• the amount payable is displayed before the order is submitted;
• payment is made to the courier upon delivery;
• any applicable COD fee is shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
  COD availability may depend on:
• delivery address;
• selected shipping method;
• order value;
• courier configuration.

1. Payment confirmation
   For online payments, the order is considered paid once Stripe confirms the payment.
   For COD orders, payment is considered collected after the amount has been confirmed as collected through the delivery process.
2. Currency and order total
   The full amount payable is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
   It may include:

• product price;
• VAT, where applicable;
• delivery charges;
• COD fee, where applicable.
  No additional fee will be charged unless it was disclosed before the order was confirmed.

1. Refunds
   Approved refunds for card payments may be processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
   For COD orders, refunds may be made by bank transfer or another method agreed with the customer.

2. Payment security
   RITUAL33 will never ask customers to send by email, phone or message:

• the complete card number;
• CVC/CVV codes;
• banking passwords or authentication codes.
