  1. Right of withdrawal
    Consumers purchasing online are generally entitled under Romanian Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date on which the consumer, or a person designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods, without having to provide a reason.     The message should allow us to identify the order and the item(s) being returned.

  4. Condition of returned goods
    Consumers may inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
    The consumer may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
    We recommend returning all accessories and using packaging that adequately protects the item during return transport.
    Original packaging is recommended, but RITUAL33 does not treat its absence as an automatic cancellation of the statutory right of withdrawal.
  5. Personalised products
    The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's individual specifications or clearly personalised goods where the statutory exemption applies.
    Examples may include products produced specifically at the customer's request with individual changes to size, geometry, text, design or other personalised characteristics.
    The mere fact that an item is 3D printed after the order is placed does not automatically make it legally personalised.
  6. Return shipping cost
    Under RITUAL33's commercial policy, RITUAL33 bears the return shipping cost.
    Customers should follow the return-shipping instructions provided by RITUAL33.
  7. Refunds
    Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
    RITUAL33 may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.
    Where legally required, reimbursement may include the amount paid for the goods and the original standard delivery charge.
    Additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option may be excluded where permitted by law.
  8. Refund method
    Card payments may be refunded through Stripe to the original payment method.
    For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be made by bank transfer or another method agreed with the customer.
    RITUAL33 will never request complete card details in order to issue a refund.
  9. Non-conforming goods
    The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from the consumer's statutory rights where goods are defective or otherwise non-conforming.
    Romanian Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021 provides statutory remedies for non-conforming goods, and the seller is generally liable for non-conformity existing at delivery and identified within two years of delivery.
