  2. Scope
    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the RITUAL33 website, access to products and content, use of the AI Guide and purchases made through the online store.
    By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review the relevant information regarding the product, price, payment, delivery, returns and these Terms and Conditions.
  3. RITUAL33 products
    RITUAL33 products are manufactured using 3D printing and may include post-processing and manual finishing.
    Because of the technological and handcrafted nature of production, minor differences may occur in:
  • texture;
  • colour or shade;
  • visible printing lines;
  • finish.
    Such natural variations do not exclude or restrict the consumer's statutory rights where a genuine lack of conformity exists.
  1. Prices and VAT
    Prices displayed to consumers are the applicable final product prices and include VAT where legally due.
    Delivery charges and any additional costs are displayed before the order is submitted.
  2. Payment methods
    Depending on order eligibility and store configuration, RITUAL33 may offer:
  • online card payment through Stripe;
  • Apple Pay and/or Link where made available through Stripe;
  • other Stripe-supported payment methods;
  • cash on delivery for eligible Romanian orders.
    For online payments, complete card data is handled by the payment provider's infrastructure. RITUAL33 does not store full card numbers or CVC codes.
  1. Orders and contract formation
    Placing an order constitutes the customer's request to purchase the selected products.
    The distance contract is concluded in accordance with applicable law and the merchant's confirmation of the order.
    Before the order is submitted, the customer is provided with the principal contractual information and is clearly informed that placing the order entails an obligation to pay.
  2. Delivery
    Orders are delivered using the courier and logistics services available through the platform.
    Applicable delivery costs and estimates are displayed before the order is submitted.

  3. Withdrawal and returns
    Consumers benefit from the rights provided under Romanian distance-selling legislation, including generally a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions.

  4. Legal guarantee of conformity
    Goods sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under Romanian Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021.
    The seller is generally liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery and identified within two years of delivery. Depending on the circumstances and applicable statutory conditions, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. Legislatie

  5. Personalised goods
    Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to goods produced according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised goods.
    Such exceptions are applied only where the legal requirements are met.
  6. AI Guide
    RITUAL33 may provide an AI Guide offering product information, stories, artistic interpretations and recommendations.
    AI-generated content is informational and recreational and does not constitute legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
    The customer remains responsible for the final purchasing decision.
  7. Intellectual property
    To the extent permitted by law, original RITUAL33 content — including stories, text, artwork, design, visual identity and proprietary models — is protected by intellectual-property law.
    Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
  8. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Romanian or European Union law.
    To the extent permitted by law, RITUAL33 is not responsible for damage resulting solely from use of products contrary to their intended purpose, instructions or warnings.

  10. Governing law
    Contracts concluded through RITUAL33 are governed by Romanian law and applicable mandatory European Union consumer-protection rules.
